This 2nd Announcement is issued upon Announcement 1 regarding the Fifth International Seminar on Regional Network on Poverty Eradication – RENPER5.
The time and revenue of the seminar are as stated in Announcement 1:

It is our honor to invite respectful lecturers, researchers and specialists from universities, research institutes and relevant organizations to attend the seminar and submit papers. Following will be the general requirements:
