RENPER5

Regional Network on Poverty Eradication (RENPER) is considered an international forum on poverty elimination for all universities in Southeast and Southern Asia. RENPER establishment reflects an opportune awareness of poverty – one of the critical issues of the global society, especially in Southern and Southeast Asia. That is also for the internalization of universities’ participation in combating poverty. RENPER aims at becoming a close-knit association of universities, confirming the important roles of academicians in assisting government and non-government organizations in poverty elimination.

The first four RENPER were hold by Universiti Malaysia Kelantan (2010), Univeristy of Battambang, Cambodia (2011), Univeristy of Bengkulu, Indonesia (2012) and Universiti Malaysia Kelantan (2013) respectively.

RENPER 5 will be hosted by Banking University of Ho Chi Minh city, Vietnam.
